1996 –
Initial developments in sealing technology for valve construction (spring-loaded sealing systems, high-performance packings)
1997 –
First special-purpose solutions for refineries (problem-solving for shell-and-tube heat exchangers)
1999 –
Expansion of calculation services and technical documentation (strength and tightness analysis for flanged joints and valves)
2005 –
Spring-loaded stem sealing systems for tank valve assemblies according to TA Luft (certification, manufacturing, and on-site installation)
2007 –
High-pressure steam boilers equipped with sealing systems in power plant bypass operations
2018 –
Founding of Ernst Industrietechnik GmbH as part of the AMC Group
2020 – Development of the S4Q software for flange joint post-inspection during plant shutdowns
2022 –
Development of a standardized emergency leak sealing system without injection agents
2025 –
Commissioning of a coating facility for hard-coated slide rings and functional surfaces (in cooperation with GLOBAL Technik)
