Takeover of complete projects  

Sealing systems developed by our company are usually intended as replacements for systems that have either had too short a service life or have failed to fulfil the required leakage requirements. For the initial installation, we therefore offer a range of services that can be summarised under the term "industrial service". This once again emphasises our "one-stop shop" concept, according to which there is only one fully responsible contact person in the event of a warranty claim or site follow-up.

• Root cause analysis of leaks after site inspection during operation
• Measurement and assessment of the sealing surfaces during shutdown
• Gasket installation
• Flange bracing
• Instruction of external companies in the installation of sealing systems
• Provision of a supervisor for installation work
• Flange follow-up inspection
• Reconditioning of girder seals

As part of a complete project, it is possible for our company to take over the entire construction site after the system has been shut down and for us to organise and engage other trades for services that we cannot provide ourselves. This includes

• cleaning work
• welding work
• reworking of sealing surfaces
• Complete thermal scans

If these trades are already contracted by the client for the shutdown, we are also happy to take over only the coordination with the contracted companies.
