Sealing systems developed by our company are generally intended as replacements for systems that either showed insufficient service life or failed to meet the required leakage criteria.

For first-time installation, we therefore offer a range of services summarized under the term “Industrial Service”. This concept emphasizes our approach of “everything from a single source”, ensuring that in the event of warranty claims or site follow-up, there is only one fully responsible point of contact.

• Root cause analysis of leakages after on-site inspection during operation
• Measurement and assessment of sealing surfaces during shutdown
• Gasket installation
• Flange bolting/tightening
• Training of external companies in gasket installation procedures
• Provision of a supervisor for assembly work
• Post-assembly flange inspection
• Refurbishment of carrier gasket

As part of complete project handling, our company can take full responsibility for the site after the plant shutdown. For work beyond our own scope, we organize and subcontract additional trades. These include:

• Cleaning work
• Welding work
• Machining/reworking of sealing surfaces
• Full thermographic scans

If these trades are already commissioned by the client for the shutdown, we are also happy to take over the coordination with the contracted companies only.
